Guests must inform us of their expected arrival time. Rooms are held for up to half an hour after the due arrival time, after which the booking may be treated as cancelled unless we have been advised of delays and we have agreed to keep the room. Deposit : Unless waived, a 50% deposit is requested. For peak season, half term weeks and Le Mans events a deposit equal to the full amount may be requested. We reserve the right to rebook rooms if the requested deposit is not received promptly. If deposit is made by bank transfer, Paypal etc. then the guest is responsible for all bank, currency exchange charges etc. incurred. Cancellation charge: 8 days or more before arrival date: 50% of total – minimum 50€ plus Paypal charges of 2.50€. 7 days or fewer before arrival date, failure to arrive or visit cut short - 100% of total plus Paypal charges of 4%. Charges are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid. Damages, breakages: Damage to property and contents (other than normal wear and tear) must be paid for. |
