The guest house is in a lovely setting by a lake, surrounded by wooded and planted gardens on the fringes of the Forest of Perseigne, straddling the Orne (Normandy) and Sarthe (Pays de Loire).
Shops, restaurant and bar are within a short walk of the B&B, plus there are excellent restaurants nearby at Neufchatel en Saosnois and Alençon.
Bordering Lower Normandy and the Sarthe, Alençon is an ideal base for a holiday or weekend break in Normandy countryside. Explore the Alpes Mancelles to the west; the Orne and Pays d'Auge to the north; the Perche countryside to the east; the Sarthe and Pays de Loire to the south.
